very awesome! i love that synth you use. the one that sounds "plastic" and this has a really great beat. very upbeat. very fun. one of your best trance pieces yet! very powerful techno edge to it.

at least you didn't do like you did with tifa's theme and make it mostly the same. like this time you added the acoustic strumming. with tributes you can only do so much, especially with final fantasy music. it's so great it's hard to make it better.

there will probably never be another game as loveable and classic as final fantasy 7. i have played that game all the way through no less than 10 times. i still love it. one of my FAVORITE parts of the game was the music.
this piece was a little too much like the original though. i'm not sure what you coulda done to make it more unique, but i'm not gonna DL it cuz i already have the ff7 soundtrack and i could just listen to that version.

"ok this IS loud"

i must say, i was using my earclips inside the lounge area and i was at hte lowest volume position and i still got startled by the intro and how loud it was. i had to scramble to stop it cuz everyone around me could hear it through the headphones.
i got around it though. i DL'd it and used iTunes to get the volume lower. phew.
anyway about the song. i'm listening to it now. it's really awesome. really fun and really catchy. i must say, one of my favs from you!

yes mysterious is the perfect word. you used all the right elements and it was excellently composed.
it's like ambience vs. house.
also, i use earclips and it sounded like it would move between channels (right side and left side)? is it me? it was really cool.

i can tell you put a lot of thought into this piece. it shows. very instrumental and progressive.
percussion part was a little awkward but nothing worth changing. it's still great.

it's not as grand as your other work but i noticed it gets better as it progresses.
i've noticed a lot of people complain that a lot of your music is very loud. since i have a laptop and i review when i'm on campus in the lounge area, i have no choice but to use my earclips to listen to it. and i usually keep it really low volume (bottom 3 levels). so perhaps that is a good thing.
i'm gonna have to give this one a 4 i'm afraid.

it's catchy but it lacks composure and mastery (i think you actually went back and rereleased this, yes?) the "won battle remade" was awesome. i'm guessing this is the old version. the only problem with this one is it feels so generic. it's not passionate and deep like your other stuff. but again if this is just the old version, you don't even need to listen to this review. you already fixed it.

so am i to understand that this is an actual recording of you playing piano? ur not just digitally writing it? if so... dude... really freaking awesome. my dad's got a real expensive keyboard (he is a musician (but not as a profession)) and i like to play stuff i know... but i can't use both hands at the same time like pro piano players.
